We send workers to local authorities for special training for qualification for some work permits, e.g. dangerous chemical handling permit, principal for fire fighting.

Teachers in local School and prosecuting attorneys from the city court to provide workers with education to avoid gambling, drug-use and prostitution. In view of large percentage of female workers, we have professionals from health care center to provide hygiene and health training.
