The Company was founded in 1962 to manufacture and trade in Religious articles and Christmas decorations with all its manufacturing facilities in Chai Wan, on Hong Kong Island.

In 1980 the Company started manufacturing toys and moved it's manufacturing to a 36,000sqft facility in Shatin, Hong Kong where it employed 350 workers.

In 1982 the Company started manufacturing Toy Premiums for the QSR market.

In 1983 the Company moved it's surface decoration operations to China. The first facility was 2,000 square feet employing 200 workers. This was gradually expanded to assembly operations however the final assembly and packaging was done in Hong Kong.

In 1985 the Company moved all manufacturing operations including the tool room, injection molding machines and other heavy equipment. The Hong Kong facility continued to do all administrative functions, marketing, accounting, shipping and engineering.

The China facility expanded in terms of floor area and workers to about 500,000 square feet and 6,000 workers. This facility was not enough and in the late 1980's and early 1990's, two more plants were added with an additional 500,000 square feet and another 4,000 workers.

In 1994 the Company was successfully accredited with ISO 9001 and BSI status for the design and manufacture of plastic toys and promotional gifts.

In 1996 the Company made a decision to build a new facility to consolidate all 3 factories into one and began building a plant for the future.

In December 1999, this plant was completed and became operational. It is over 2,000,000 square feet and it employs over 11,000 people.
